Rentasel is a project in pre-commercial development. At present no economic activity is carried out and no product or service is being sold.

2. Purpose of processing

The personal data you give us through the website form are used only to:

• Manage your place on the Rentasel early-access list (waitlist).
• Send you information about the development and launch of the product.

We do not use your data for any other purpose. We do not build profiles. We do not make automated decisions.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the consent box on the form before sending it.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@rentasel.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

4. Categories of data

• Required: email address.
• Optional: name and any additional information you choose to include in the free-text field.

5. Recipients and processors

Your data may be processed by the following service providers, acting as data processors:

• Web3Forms (operated by Web3Creative): processes form submissions and forwards them by email. It does not store submissions longer than technically necessary to deliver them. It has a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting provider (Cloudflare Workers). It acts as a processor for hosting and content delivery.
• Both providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and by the additional safeguards each provider offers in its Data Processing Agreement.

We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We do not sell or rent your email address.

6. Retention period

We will keep your data for as long as you remain interested in hearing about Rentasel and, at most, for 3 years from your last interaction with us (opening an email or contacting us).

If you withdraw your consent or ask us to erase your data, we will delete it within 30 days at most.

If the project is cancelled or does not launch, we will delete all waitlist data within 6 months at most.

7. Your rights

You can exercise the following rights at any time:

• Access: find out what data of yours we process.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure: ask us to delete your data.
• Restriction: ask us to limit processing in certain circumstances.
• Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
• Objection: object to the processing of your data.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@rentasel.com stating your request. We will reply within one month at most.

8. Supervisory authority

If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD):

9. Cookies and local storage

This site uses strictly necessary technical cookies, managed by Cloudflare (our hosting provider), for bot protection and site security. These cookies do not track you, do not collect personal information for advertising and do not require prior consent under Art. 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies.
