Does Rentasel change my prices automatically?
No. Rentasel watches the market and recommends; it never touches your listings. A person reviews every recommendation and you decide whether to apply it.
What exactly do I get?
A short alert answering “do I need to do anything?” and, when there is something to do, the detail: price per platform, demand and events, your listing versus your rivals, and what we would do.
How long does it take to get started?
Not long. Send us the links to your listings and your minimum price, and we do the rest. Nothing to install, no calendars to connect.
How often will I hear from you?
A short alert every morning, with detail only when there’s something to do, and a full summary every week.
What is the minimum price?
The price we’ll never recommend going below. You set it once and we always respect it. Not sure how to work it out? Our guide on how much to charge per night explains it.
Which areas does it cover?
All of Spain: wherever your property is, Rentasel compares it with similar properties in your area.
Do you need my Booking or Airbnb passwords?
No. Just the public links to your listings. Rentasel never logs into your accounts and can’t change anything in them.
What if my property is new or has few reviews?
We still compare it with similar listings in your area. Every alert says how many rivals it’s based on, and if data is thin you’ll see it written down and we’ll be more cautious.
When do you start?
We’re already testing Rentasel with our first hosts. We’ll open access in list order and let you know by email.
